The care support centers in Berlin can be reached via the joint service hotline from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on 0800 59 500 59.
If you would like a personal consultation at the care support center, we recommend making an appointment to avoid waiting times and to ensure that you can be advised in your own language.
